Volta Joins the OCU Group

Volta is pleased to announce that it has joined the OCU Group, creating a stronger platform to support clients across the energy, utilities and infrastructure sectors.

Founded in 2023, Volta has grown to three offices across Victoria and New South Wales, supporting clients nationwide across more than 8 GW of renewable energy, data centre, transmission and distribution infrastructure projects. We have expanded our services across advisory, project development, delivery and commissioning, establishing a model that bridges strategy, commercial advice and on-the-ground delivery.

The decision to join OCU Group reflects a shared vision for the future of the energy sector and positions Volta for its next phase of growth.

OCU is a leader in energy transition and utility infrastructure services. The Group’ Australia & New Zealand operations combine All Energy Contracting (AEC) - a balance-of-plant contractor delivering some of Australia's largest renewable energy and BESS projects, Pilecom - a provider of pre-enablement mechanical installation services, and Bam Bam - a ground engineering business focused on the energy sector.

Becoming part of OCU Group provides Volta with greater financial capacity, operational scale and delivery capability, enabling us to support larger and more complex projects while maintaining the responsive, high-quality service our clients expect.

It also strengthens our ability to pursue integrated advisory-to-delivery engagements, support framework arrangements with network service providers, and continue investing in our people, systems and expertise.
